I am thrilled to announce that Digby’s Moon Mission reached its $6000 target… with three weeks of the campaign remaining! I am overwhelmed by the amount of support my project has received. People are kind, generous and wonderful souls. The confidence that everyone has in Digby and his potential success is very endearing. Big, big thanks to each and every one of you.
I have now updated my Pozible page with what is called, ‘stretch goals’. These are goals that will be aimed for using any additional funds raised (over the initial $6000 target). I have detailed these for current and new supporters so that everyone is made aware that ALL monies raised, go towards the birth of Digby Fixit. Supporters have until 12pm on 27th August to pledge – so if a copy of Digby’s Moon Mission is still on the wishlist, there is time! Please visit www.pozible.com/digbyfixit.
Big thanks to The Newcastle Herald for their article in yesterday’s paper:

and to The Star for their article:
And to Reena from The Mummy Project for our online interview and Facebook promotion:
Many thanks to Nadine from Little Hands in the Hunter, Emily from Mummas N Bubbas, Nikki from Hopscotch Sundays Markets, Clare from Lake Macquarie Mums and Romi from Little Story Corner for promoting my project on their business and community Facebook pages. And to anyone who spread the word of my campaign… thank you, too!
The response from media coverage was outstanding, and really helped get us over the line.
I will post again once the campaign has ended. I’d like to detail my journey for anyone who may be interested in the wonders of crowdfunding their dream.
Thank you 🙂
