We read Digby and the “weeehooo” (according to my toddler) every night. He won’t go to bed without it now.

      Thanks Tash and kids!

  3. Julie Anne Grasso

We loved Digby’s moon mission and wondered if it could be bettered. Well, Digby and the Yodelayhee Who, did exactly that! We loved seeing our favourite characters, singing along to the sounds and figuring out, exactly who belonged to the Yodelayhee….. Well, you will just have to read it to find out. We highly recommend this as a read aloud for ages 3-8. Polish up your pipes people, because your kids will be requesting this one, over and over again. A fantastic followup to a fantastic book.

As an educator of young students this book gives so much scope to work with. The language used allows quality discussions and allo s cross curriculum activities . Highly recommend for use in your classroom or home.

  5. Damara

The kids say that they loved it because they think it’s funny, Angela recommends it because it helps little kids to learn about what time. Also, helps the little kids to learn about what kind of music there is and about different instruments and what sound they make. They also thing that’s really good because it’s simple for little kids. They also thing that the book is well animated. Angela and Gabriel loved it and read it as soon as they had it in their hands.

Thanks Damara, Gabriel and Angela. Lovely review! 🙂

  6. Helen Evans

I was lucky enough to attend the launch of Renee Price’s new Digby Fixit book and see how well the young audience engaged with Renee, her story and the many others in the room. There was a great spirit of fun as kids big and small followed along and got involved with Digby’s adventure. I was surprised to see how many of the little ones identified the different instruments in the pages (including a kazoo!) and those who were doubtful in the beginning were well and truly on board supported by the joyful, colourful illustrations. Well done Renee, I’m sure everyone present looks forward to hearing and seeing many more of Digby’s escapades.

    • Renee Price

Thanks, Helen! I’m very grateful to you for being at Digby’s launch and for this wonderful review!

I read this and the previous one, Digby’s Moon Mission, to my 3 YO grandson last night. He knows them by heart, which is good because the old eyes ain’t what they used to be.

    • Renee Price

      Need him ’round more often!

  8. Roslyn Turnbull

Absolutely loved it. My grandchildren think it is the best book ever. The incorporation of all the characters with their musical instruments is fantastic. And, of course, at the end of the reading we have to “sing” listen to the song! I even used the QR scanner. Fantastic idea.
